1. Any monies paid are non-refundable unless of the following circumstances:
2. Where any booked person has a change of mind, or wish to cancel for any reason, they may transfer their booking to another person and inform Hotelbreaks4u, without incurring charges. If this is not possible, a charge of €25 per person applies.
3. Cancellation for any reason up to seven days of arrival will be charged the cost of first night, and any excess paid will be refunded to the client. Cancellations within seven days of arrival are charged 50%, and any excess paid will be refunded. 'No-Shows' will not be entitled to any refund.
4. When the final balance of payment is not paid by the due date, Hotelbreaks4u reserve the right to cancel booking and deposit may be forfeited.
5. Hotelbreaks4u act as agents for hotels and cannot be held liable for any part of the booking except the guarantee to pay hotels on agreed date.
6. Where Hotelbreaks4u has been negligent or erroneous in supplying incorrect data to hotels as specified by clients in writing and confirmed by Hotelbreaks4u, charges paid by clients will be recompensed to the value of the unfulfilled part of the booking.
7. Hotelbreaks4u liability is limited to a maximum of the cost of the price paid by the person in dispute.
8. Hotelbreaks4u are not liable for any information they have used in good faith, where it is supplied by a third party, or for change of entertainers due to circumstances beyond our control.
