1. When deposits are required they are non-refundable unless of the following circumstances:

  • Hospitalization of client and / or partner.
  • Death of any person on the booking, or their immediate family (Spouse, Parents, Grandparents or Children). (Does not apply to group bookings of 6 or more).
  • Doctor's certification advising any booked person not to travel.

2. Where any booked person has a change of mind, they may transfer their booking to another person and inform Hotelbreaks4u, without incurring charges. If this is not possible, a charge of €25 per person will be made, up to 72 hours before arrival. Any excess paid will be refunded to the client.

3. When the final balance of payment is not paid by the due date, Hotelbreaks4u reserve the right to cancel booking and deposit may be forfeited.

4. For cancellations within 72 hours of arrival, monies paid will be refunded less the cost of the first night.

   'No-Shows' will not be entitled to any refund.

5. Hotelbreaks4u act as agents for hotels and cannot be held liable for any part of the booking except the guarantee to pay hotels on agreed date. 

6. Where Hotelbreaks4u has been negligent or erroneous in supplying incorrect data to hotels as specified by the clients on the Booking Form then Hotelbreaks4u will recompense clients to the value of the unfulfilled part of the booking.

7. Hotelbreaks4u liability is limited to a maximum of the cost of the price paid by the person in dispute.

8. Hotelbreaks4u are not liable for any information they have used in good faith, where it is supplied by a third party, or for change of entertainers due to circumstances not in our control.
